After a few manual sketches of the new piece of jewelry have been made, the first design is drawn by hand.

The model
The model of the designed piece of jewelry is handcrafted in gold.
Annealing
To increase the fusibility of the gold, the surface of the model is annealed.
Serging
The “casting skin”, which is created during casting and annealing, is removed by hand.
Grasp
Setting means that the diamond is firmly anchored in the metal.
Mount
Individual components of the piece of jewelry are assembled.
Castle construction
Lock making is the creation of a clasp that is needed to open and close a necklace or bracelet.
Quality control
Before a piece of jewelry is allowed to leave the Leo Wittwer manufactory, it is checked by specialists for various quality features.
